Get ‘e-QIPP-ed’ for neurology
Neurological Commissioning Support (NCS)is running a series of free Roadshows across the country to raise awareness of ‘QIPP’ and its relevance to neurology.
They aim to promote increased understanding of neurology commissioning and potential areas of cost- savings, showcasing available tools to assist in effective commissioning, such as NeuroNavigator - all with a specific focus on partnership working and QIPP.
We are focussing on what has worked in other areas so that you can transfer ideas and benefits to your own locality.
Roadshows are being held in:
Sheffield - 28th February 2012
It’s completely FREE to attend and you will achieve:
• An understanding of how to reduce unscheduled care in neurology
• An ability to unbundle neurology spend
• A series of QIPP case-studies to learn from and adapt for your locality
• Greater understanding of how outcomes can be improved
• An understanding of integrated working and how to build capacity in the workforce
• A plethora of thoughts and opinions from peers, having discussed and debated current issues in neurology
